Is my name... My day job is not a journalist. And I don't run a travel agency. I travel a tad more than an average person does, that's cos it's what I do for a living. For the time being at least. Envy me not cos the job glitz goes just as far as the Image hosting by Photobucket does, in between, it's (*7%!#@@?). Just another job, that's what I mean. But I love it and I love it, and I'm grateful. Anyhow, welcome to my weblog. In here, you'll get, if not little, scanty info on my globetrots and travels. Do not expect detailed accounts, nor travel-guide type facts and figs. Just some idiot-proof, Info-Sharing-101, you could find handy if you're looking up destinations, I've been to, myself. Feel free to indulge, heed my advice, dump it, comment, pop your queries or judge me, for all you fancy. All info are true at point of publishing, unless stated otherwise. Hmmph, just one advice. I share cos I'm naturally nice like that, but I'm not always, always right. Don't say I didn't warn you.

What say u...

First up, let me tell you how sucky it is to have to return to work after having had my wings hung on a depositary for a good 11days. IT SUCKED! Haven't I mentioned that I had stayed ecologically friendly for that good number of days, and I could never feel like a better person already. Like an environmentalist, a spokesperson for anti-pollution or something. Saving Gaia, Mother Earth, the Planet, the Universe and fellow homo sapiens. No hairspray, no nail polish, no base coat, no top coat.....(world peace!?) It was so liberating until yesterday, before I had to wake up at 3am, for a turn-around flight, which if u ask me, is actually quite abit of a consolation. Cos by noon, I was already off work. Anyhow, let me tell you what I had to do to jumpstart another slogging stint before the next leave in May. Haiz! But if that is not good enough to look forward to, well, my Raya leave next year, has been approved! Bliss! Now that is something...Ok..ok..so this was what I did. I packed my new working handbag and don on my new pair of sandals, packed my new pair of safety shoes and pinned on a new pair of name tag. I even started on a new make-up regime. Though it doesn't differ that much from usual but I had decided to apply my foundation with a sponge. Usually, I'ld use my finger tips cos some people with better expertise than I do, said that cos of the warmth at your tips, the foundation melts and blends better. But I needed change. A benchmark or something. I haven't worked for 11 days for goodness sake! I just needed something to psyche myself up. Anything! I even had made a point at scooping my concealer with a decent cotton tip and had carefully done up my eyebrow the way Emelda had told me to. U see, Emelda is a friend, who had had used my less than perfect features for a make-up demo she held recently. If she had put her reputation on the line by using this face, I could not do any better by returning the favour of listening to her, at least. Ok ok..so this was what she said about the eyebrow. Listen up. It shouldn't be drawn but instead shade into, then brush against so it won't create a harsh effect. And the arch, should be where the outer corner of your eyeball while you're looking straight. And where it ends , is if you take a pencil and lay it against your nose, adjoining the outer of your eyes, right up to the brow, diagonally. Not any longer or shorter than that (...or you'll end up looking like a character from Sesame Streets). Oh yes since I'm at it, I might as well share this tiny bit info about caring for your mascara. Well she said, never push in and out the brush into the bottle like you would an ink brush, rather screw it back inside, even if it means that you would want to dip for more mascara or even if you're done with it. Case in point, screw it in and screw it out. This way, mascara will last longer cos you'll not be thrusting air into it. If you need to curl your lash, ofcos curl first before applying mascara or you'll end up damaging your lash. Oh yes, yes...apply mascara in a zig zag manner and reapply only when it is still wet to prevent clumping. But even if it does clump, comb through it with an eye-lash brush. Slowly, so u don't lose them. Oklah enough info sharing on makeup. Im no expert, just a makeup ardent like most girls... So I digress and got carried away....anyhow, what's a tad info sharing? Plus, it's make-up. We could do with a tip or two. Girlfriends, dunchatink?
